Access model
1) Register and your account is created as PENDING
2) Admin reviews and sets you to APPROVED or REJECTED
3) Once approved, you get a 7-day trial
4) Trial expiry is enforced automatically on every login and every app request
Admin can extend a trial by +7 days from the Admin Panel.
